15-Week Program  I  Monday, January 25 - Thursday, May 16 @ Burroughs Park  I  40 minutes per session

$150/1-day per week  I  $300/2-days per week

Getting your conditioning program right, gives you an unparalleled competitive edge. Natural ability combined with hard work and application of a sports performance program players can tap to a level of potential they never realized was within them.

Challenge are proud to announce the opening of the Challenge Soccer Club weight room. Where in the sports performance programs the athlete can improve their strength, power and become more explosive!

Program layout:

Each session there will be a focus on different aspects of a soccer players sporting performance while emphasizing on correct form and technique to prevent future injuries. Which include but not limited to:

1. Aerobic & Anaerobic endurance drills

2. Strength & Power

3. Speed & Agility

4. Flexibility

5. Proper warm ups & Cool downs

6. Soccer fitness testing

5:40 - 6:20 pm (Open to all ages)

6:40 - 7:20 pm (Open to all ages)

7:20 - 8:00 pm Non- HS ECNL

8:00 - 8:40 pm (04-03-02-01-00)



8:10 - 8:50 pm (06-05-04-03-02-01-00)
