Winter Sports Performance Training

Coach Lewis and Challenge will be offering a 2-week winter performance training program. The focus of the program will be to improve the player's speed, agility and strength. The goal is to improve player’s performance and reduce injuries through improving the overall Athlete. REGISTER NOW

(Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)
2-week Group Training Program. 

Week 1
(Dec 31, Jan 2, Jan 3) 9:00 – 10:00 AM classes (ages 09-08-07)
(Dec 31, Jan 2, Jan 3) 10:00 – 11:00 AM classes (ages 06-05-04-03-02-01-00)

Week 2
(January 7, 9, 10) 5:30 – 6:30 PM classes (ages 09-08-07)
(January 7, 9, 10) 6:30 – 7:30 PM classes (ages 06-05-04-03-02-01-00)

Payment Options:
- One day per week (total 2 sessions): $35
- Two days per week (total 4 sessions): $65
- Three days per week (total 6 sessions): $90
- One week only (total 3 sessions IN SAME WEEK): $50
