Dale Darling – Challenge Staff Coach
Graduating from Bishop Burton College with a degree in sport coaching development and fitness, Coach Darling went on to gain licensing with USSF E, English FA Level 2, and Coerver® Youth Diploma (Course 2). His expertise has been developed over the past decade through coaching for Dynamo/Dash Youth, Texas Rush, Youth Elite Soccer, and Driffield Junior Football Club.

Jacob Santos – Challenge East/Kingwood Youth Academy Director
Coach Santos brings vast club coaching expertise to Challenge East, having coached for the Houston Texans SC, Texas Heatwave, Pursuit Soccer Club, and Houstonians Soccer Club. Having played professionally with Independiente FC (Honduras) and in the NASL with the Houston Hurricanes, and equipped with USSF C/National Youth Licenses, Coach Santos is passionate and strategic in his coaching.
