Challenge East Soccer Philosophy

Challenge East has sought to focus on the growth and development of our players and teams by always trying to do what is in the best interest of the individual player first. We form our teams by selecting players with similar athletic abilities, and train to play at the highest level of competition possible. With a focus on creating a fun environment. Development of tactical knowledge, technical skills, physicality, psychological health, and teamwork are our top priorities. Respect, good sportsmanship, and being gracious in both victory and defeat is taught and expected from all players. 

What we offer for East-

U8-U10 East Youth Academy Program: The East Youth Academy program is for more advanced players in the 9 to 10 age group. It provides a challenging environment and is focused on helping kids advance their competitive gameplay and progress. Every player will get play time in at least 50% of each game. Participation includes 2x per week practice, and Sunday games for the 10-week season. U11-U19 East Select Program: The East Select program is for middle and high school students who want to pursue a collegiate career. With a sophisticated curriculum, world-class coaches, and extensive training, this program thoroughly prepares players for future collegiate and professional opportunities.
