Challenge Soccer Philosophy

Challenge Cypress Soccer Club has sought to focus on the growth and development of our players and teams by always trying to do what is in the best interest of the individual player first. We form our teams by selecting players with similar athletic abilities, and train to play at the highest level of competition possible. The focus of our Recreational program is for players to have FUN in an age-appropriate way. Development of teamwork, tactical knowledge, and technical skills are also priorities. Respect, good sportsmanship, and being gracious in both victory and defeat is taught and expected from all players in both Recreational and Youth Academy programs. Read more about our philosophy statement at challengesoccer.com/about-us/philosophy.
